Puran poli is my favorite dish from Maharashtra although i am not a Maharashtriyan but this delicacy of Maharashtra always gives a tickle to my taste buds. Maharashtriyans make it at almost all auspicious occasions. I, being an army officers wife celebrate all festivals with full enthusiasm .This time on Ganesha chathurthi my Maharashtriyan friend Vibha taught me how to make puran poli , i tried it for the first time and it came out so well that i wanted to share this amazing recipe with you all.If you are a beginner you may find it a little difficulty to manage initially but i am sure after one or two tries you will get perfect results .
