cooked rice stuffed paratha

must try this exotic parantha really crunchy and tasty……. don’t believe me try it and tell me i bet you’ll  love it…….




for stuffing:-
cooked rice …….1 cup
ginger………….2 inch
green chilly……2
green coriander………2tbsp
salt as per taste
red chilly powder……..1 tsp
dry mango powder……1/2 tsp
small piece of capsicum ……1
chopped onion……………1/4 cup
for dough:-
wheat flour …………2 cup
oil……………1+2tbsp

method:-
mix all the ingredients of stuffing and keep aside
mix wheat flour and 1 tbsp oil and make a dough with water, knead well to make a soft dough
now take a small ball of dough and divide into two,
roll both the balls into small roundels
now take one roundel and put 2 tbsp of stuffing on it
cover it with another roundel and roll it to make parantha (see pic)
now heat tawa or a pan and shallow fry this parantha with oil
press it and make it crispy as required
serve parantha with curd and a dash of butter and green chutney
