papad mangodi ke sabji

papad ki sabji of rajesthan is amazingly testy….i like this dish so much that whenever my mom used to make this i insist her to make extra helping for me only for me
and we(me and my bro) use to fight for this extra helping…..bachpan ke baten
i am sure your kid’s will love this tasty spicy recipe of desert
ingrediants:-
papad………..3-4
mangodi………1/2 cup
onion………..2
tomato puree….4 tbsp
ginger garlic paste..2 tsp
oil 2 tbsp+3 tbsp
jeera………1tsp
green chilly……2(chopped)
red chilly powder(kashmiri mirch)…..1/2 tsp
tarmaric……….1/2 tsp
coriander powder….1/2 tsp
garam masala……..1/4 tsp
salt as per taste
method:-
1.take a vessal and put on fire
2. add 3 tbsp oil in it
3. fry mangodi in it till golden in colour keep aside
4. some people fry papad also but i like papad without frying
5. now grind onion to paste
6. add some more oil in vessal
7. add jeera when start crakel add onion paste in it stir
8. add ginger garlic paste and stir well till light golden in colour and seprate oil
9. add tomato puree in it
10. add all dry masalas and stir well
11. put little water and cover (mid flame)
12. now put fried mangodi and papad in it sprinkle some more water(1/2 cup)in it          stir and cover for anathor 5 to 6 min stir occasionaly till done
13. garnish with green coriander and serve hot
